In this sense, we operate as a network with such professionals—both inside and outside the public sector—to accelerate and amplify the changes Brazil needs. **Responsibilities and duties** **Position:** Implementation Coordinator | Education and Public Leadership **Position summary** The Implementation Coordinator leads the execution of public policy implementation projects in partnership with state and municipal governments, ensuring strategic alignment between Motriz and partner departments. They serve as Motriz’s primary institutional liaison within their assigned territory, managing the political, technical, and relational dimensions of projects. This role combines team leadership, results management, and multi-stakeholder coordination—making it essential to ensuring that Motriz-developed solutions generate real impact on public policies.
