




Responsibilities and duties: Carry out recruitment and selection activities at all stages of the process; Perform resume screenings according to the profile of open positions; Organize interview schedules and communicate with candidates; Promote job opportunities on recruitment platforms and social media; Collaborate in organizing in-person interviews, assessments, and onboarding; Actively contact candidates via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; Update internal records and candidate registrations for future opportunities; Support the application of tests and sending feedback under the guidance of the responsible analyst. Requirements: Completed high school (pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR, or Administration will be a plus); Previous experience in recruitment and selection routines; Basic computer skills (especially Excel and corporate e\-mail); Ability to communicate and interact with different profiles; Organization, dynamism, and willingness to learn; Proactivity in handling simultaneous demands.
