The HR Payroll Analyst – Benefits will be responsible for: * Managing bureaucratic and legal processes, * Benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and medical and dental assistance, * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and other regulations, * Advising and assisting employees with questions and issues related to HR processes. Requirements Essential items that must be in your toolkit: * A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields is most common. * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation is essential for the benefits and payroll area. * Proficiency in Senior, ADP, and/or LG systems. * Solid general knowledge and, preferably, intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
