




UNIT: CSC BENEFITS: - 6% VT discount waived - Birthday day off - Gympass - Caju - Nutritionist and psychologist consultations, plus discounts at retail partner stores - Dental plan - Health insurance (after 1 year) - Discounts at Unileya and LS universities EDUCATION * Completed bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields * Prior experience in HR * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel * Communicative and organized profile * Ability to interact courteously with diverse individuals Responsibilities: - Screen resumes and conduct recruitment and selection of new employees; - Forward approved candidates to the HR Department (DP) and direct the admission list for new hires; - Provide feedback to candidates and email DP documentation of approved candidates; - Support the Continuing Education Plan by facilitating training programs; - Conduct performance evaluations, organizational climate surveys, and other related assessments; - Assist in developing career plans and promoting organizational culture; - Manage hiring processes and job postings, coordinate interviews with leaders, and execute all necessary actions throughout the recruitment and selection process; - Participate in onboarding; - Develop strategies and methods to identify required candidate competencies, designing efficient selection processes and tests; - Support the Individual Development Plan (PDI); - Conduct exit interviews; - Compile strategic and operational indicators; - Support internal marketing efforts in collaboration with the company’s Marketing team for events and campaigns
