You will work collaboratively with managers and partner departments, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and transforming market data and trends into effective hiring strategies—strengthening the talent pipeline and enhancing the company’s competitiveness. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference for Recruitment & Selection, ensuring compliance with SANY’s corporate policies and guidelines; * Manage end-to-end R&S processes, ensuring alignment with managers, excellence in candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making; * Define position requirements in partnership with leadership teams, guiding them throughout the entire process to ensure identification and hiring of top talent; * Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring adherence to technical, behavioral, and organizational culture criteria; * Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent, using appropriate channels and tools aligned with current and future demands; * Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition, transforming this information into effective talent acquisition strategies; * Track and analyze key R&S metrics, preparing periodic reports on job opening status and candidate pipeline health; * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional coordination throughout the process; * Contribute to global projects and implementation of local initiatives aligned with corporate guidelines; * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and departmental policies, ensuring documentation updates and compliance with internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid end-to-end Recruitment & Selection experience; * Experience with active sourcing strategies and hunting for technical and strategic talent; * Knowledge of R&S metrics; * Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools and technologies; * Understanding of talent market trends and modern talent acquisition practices; * Advanced English proficiency; * Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills; * Willingness to undergo training in São José dos Campos/SP. **Additional Information** You will enjoy the following benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Birthday Month Ticket Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, SANY Group is dedicated to manufacturing heavy machinery, with core products including construction machinery, road paving equipment, excavators, reach stackers, cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment.
