We value technical insight, collective responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.** **Here, professional growth walks hand-in-hand with human growth, because we know that engineering’s true strength lies in people.** **More than moving trains, we move cities, connect stories, and help build the future of urban mobility** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#Engetrens \#GrupoComporte \#Opportunities** **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Mission:** * Support the development and execution of expropriation and involuntary resettlement activities, aiming at area release and registration required for project implementation, in accordance with legal procedures, deadlines, and concession agreement terms. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; organization and consolidation of information for reporting to various departments, as well as for measurements and contractual management of contractors; * Validation and verification of documents produced by contractors to meet the necessary requirements for area release within the standards stipulated by the Contract and applicable legislation, aligned with the Company’s strategy; * Management and monitoring of expropriation processes, verification of adjudication letters, judicial payments, input into legal systems, and support for administrative and judicial demands of the area; * Management of works carried out by contracted technical assistants for judicial expert evaluation oversight and expert report preparation; * Management, scheduling, and monitoring of possession takeovers and field investigations in required areas, acting as the Company’s representative before public authorities; * Preparation and monitoring of area budgets and financial forecasts; * Monitoring of area planning; * Execution of tasks in compliance with applicable legislation, internal procedures, existing contractual requirements, and international agency standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required: Law or related fields. * Preferred: Specialization in procedural law, real estate law, or administrative law. **Additional Information** * **Benefits we offer:** **Medical Assistance (SulAmérica)** – Take care of your health with one of the market’s top-tier plans, ensuring quality and security for you. **Meal Allowance** – R$ 1\.154,00 per month for your meals. **Transportation Allowance** – Convenient mobility for your daily commute. **Profit Sharing (PLR)** – We recognize your performance with variable compensation based on company results. **Wellhub Partnership** – Access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps to care for your physical and mental health.
