Job Summary: Implement and configure fiscal routines in Vetor Farma, ensuring correct electronic fiscal document issuance and user training in tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and configuration of fiscal routines in the Vetor Farma system. 2. User training on issuing fiscal documents. 3. Initial support for fiscal validations and handling of rejections. **Job Mission** Carry out the implementation and configuration of fiscal routines in the Vetor Farma system, ensuring that electronic fiscal documents are issued correctly and that users are trained to operate the system in accordance with current tax regulations. **Scope of Work** * Implementation of Fiscal Routines in the System; * Configuration of Tax Parameters; * User Training on Issuing Fiscal Documents; * Initial Support for Fiscal Validations. **Key Responsibilities** * Configure fiscal parameters in the Vetor Farma system (CFOP, CST, CSOSN, NCM, and taxation rules); * Perform validation and configuration of electronic fiscal document issuance (NF-e, NFC-e, and NFS-e); * Analyze and handle fiscal rejections during the implementation process; * Train end users on the system's fiscal routines; * Guide customers on best practices for issuing fiscal documents within the system; * Support initial validation of fiscal configurations after implementation. **Mandatory Hard Skills** * Practical experience with issuance and rejection of electronic fiscal documents (NF-e, NFC-e, and NFS-e); * Proficiency in CFOP, CST, CSOSN, and NCM; * Understanding of ICMS, PIS/COFINS, and ISS rules; * Knowledge of fiscal parameterization in ERP systems. **Expected Soft Skills** * Teaching ability for training sessions; * Patience in customer service; * Problem-solving capability; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in fiscal or accounting areas; * Knowledge of tax calculation; * Technical knowledge of XML for fiscal documents; * Experience with SPED ICMS and SPED Contributions. **Compensation: To be negotiated.** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – BRL 718.74; * Fuel Allowance – BRL 250.00; * Culture Allowance – BRL 50.00; * Bradesco Health Plan (Nationwide, no co-payment); * Bradesco Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day-Off (week of your birthday); * Partnership with Psychology Network; * Partnership with IPOG.
