Job Summary: Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third-party vendors, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Perform technical and operational maintenance of PCs and ATMs. 2. Ensure device security and equipment preservation. 3. Provide technical guidance to new employees and train teams. Maintain equipment in perfect working condition by prioritizing service requests, performing technical maintenance, conducting general cleaning, supervising third-party vendors when issues fall outside our scope, performing frequent tests and inspections on security devices, preserving visual appearance, maintaining point lighting, implementing administrative tasks—all aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform operational servicing of PCs to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and extra-safe components; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; supervise suppliers for technical repairs; configure software; keep point visual communication updated. * Conduct PC security inspections, including periodic testing and repair of security assets, in accordance with current standards and procedures. * Perform cleaning and preservation procedures for ATMs; check air conditioning functionality; supervise third-party vendors for routine maintenance; replace (doors and accessories, locks, masks, lamps, intercoms, fans, etc.); inspect electrical and logical infrastructure at locations; supervise service providers during site maintenance; regularize security devices. * Provide technical guidance to new employees, transferring acquired knowledge as well as company-mandated standards and practices, aiming to fully equip new staff for effective job performance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Preferred:** Field-based technical maintenance experience. * Education: Completed technical course in electrotechnology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software). * Valid Class B driver's license and ability to drive. * CFT (Technical Fire Safety Certificate). * Availability to work weekends and holidays (5x2 rotating schedule). * Knowledge of test instruments, incident management systems, and computer networks. * Competencies: Promptness, autonomy, initiative, resilience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills.
