




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for prospecting, planning, organizing, and monitoring events, ensuring resource optimization and the success of initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Complete event planning and organization 2. Supplier negotiation and resource optimization 3. Event success monitoring and evaluation * Prospect new events with the Organization's missionaries; * \- Prepare cost estimates including transportation, accommodation, and participant fees. * \- Optimize financial resources to ensure effective prospecting. * \- Develop detailed timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. * \- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers. * \- Monitor event communications, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns. * \- Monitor and evaluate event success by collecting feedback and implementing improvements for future events. * \- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards. * \- Provide financial accountability for each completed event to support area coordination oversight; * \- Collaborate with coordination to implement new events, expanding the Organization’s presence in other regions and increasing membership. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour break Requirements:* Strong communication and writing skills; * Organizational ability; * Professional demeanor and discretion; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Completed high school education; higher education in Events, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields is preferred.
