Job Summary: Internship supporting ICT teams in organizing, monitoring, and standardizing processes for products and services, with a focus on practical learning and collaboration with partner departments. Interaction with various internal departments. ### **Responsibilities** Support ICT teams in organizing and monitoring activities related to Algar's products and services. Assist in documenting operational and delivery processes, workflows, and support materials. Provide support to technical and product teams in operational and administrative tasks under supervision. Support interfaces among internal departments (Products, Operations, Infrastructure, Networks, Logistics), facilitating communication and progress of requests. Monitor internal requests related to infrastructure and ICT, contributing to activity tracking and visibility. Assist in organizing information, maintaining spreadsheet controls, and recording data in corporate systems. Support analysts with non-technical tasks, enabling greater focus on specialized activities. ### **Education** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in: Information Systems Computer Science Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Computer Networks Related fields ### **Additional Requirements** Interest in ICT, technological products, and operational processes. ### **Behavioral Competencies** Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to learn quickly. Collaborative and responsible profile. ### **Other Courses and Certifications** Basic knowledge in: ICT, networks, or IT infrastructure; Processes and documentation. Familiarity with telecommunications or technology services and products.
