





Here, your responsibilities will be: \- Providing telephone support to end users and managers of commercial ERP systems; \- Mapping and identifying business processes; \- Configuring system modules according to mapped processes; \- Remotely accessing the client's environment for configurations, parameterizations, resolving queries, and guiding procedures; \- Recording incidents and evidence. And it is important that you have: \- Experience in supporting and assisting users and managers of Retail Management Systems. \- Knowledge of networking and hardware. \- Strong communication and teaching skills. \- Proficiency in Portuguese language and writing.
