We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze endpoint security alerts and incidents using EDR, DLP, and CASB solutions. * Perform triage and investigation of security events, following established procedures and playbooks. * Support execution of containment, eradication, and recovery actions for endpoint-related incidents. * Administer security policies for DLP, CASB, and EDR solutions, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices. * Produce technical reports and dashboards with information on events, trends, and security metrics. * Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of security and incident response processes. * Collaborate with other teams (SOC, GRC, Infrastructure, etc.) to resolve incidents and implement security controls. * Provide technical support and consultation to end users and business areas on endpoint security best practices. * Autonomy to analyze and validate low- and medium-severity security events. * Ability to recommend and execute containment actions under supervision. * Authority to propose adjustments to EDR, DLP, and CASB security policies, subject to leadership validation. * Escalate high-criticality incidents to specialized or senior teams. * Suggest improvements to processes, playbooks, and security tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Security; * Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Preferred: Technical courses or specializations in cybersecurity. **EXPERIENCE:** * Basic knowledge or initial experience using security tools, especially EDR, DLP, or CASB; * Familiarity with incident response or technical support processes related to security; * Practical understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS) and corporate networks; * Preferred: Prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, or security operations (e.g., MSS or SOC). **SKILLS:** * Analytical ability to identify, investigate, and interpret security events; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing technical reports and interacting with clients and other teams; * Organizational skills and focus on executing operational processes; * Logical reasoning and ability to follow technical procedures; * Proactivity and interest in continuously updating knowledge on cybersecurity trends. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security begins with people.
