We are an expanding law firm specializing in pension consulting and business solutions. We seek a creative, analytical, and results-oriented professional to lead our digital strategy and strengthen our market presence.
**✅ Key Responsibilities**
* **Paid Traffic Management:** Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (with focus on generating qualified leads).
* **Social Media Management:** Posting schedule, caption creation, and community engagement.
* **Content Production:** Develop editorial calendars for the blog and rich materials (e\-books/infographics) focused on Pension Law and Business.
* **Email Marketing:** Database segmentation and creation of nurturing workflows for clients and partners.
* **Data Analysis:** Monitor KPIs via Google Analytics, generating monthly performance and ROI reports.
* **SEO:** On\-page optimization of the corporate website to improve organic ranking.
**✅ Desired Qualifications**
* **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Digital Marketing.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
* **Tool Proficiency:** Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, RD Station (or similar), and Canva/Basic Adobe Suite.
* **Writing Skills:** Flawless Portuguese and ability to translate legal terminology into accessible, persuasive language (copywriting).
* **Bonus:** Prior knowledge of OAB ethical guidelines for legal advertising.
