A rapidly expanding digital brand holding company is seeking strategic partners to manage, edit, and grow high-reach social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts). We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded individuals focused on results and high consistency. This is not a traditional CLT position with a fixed and limited salary, but rather a **Performance-Based Partnership (Co-Production)**. We provide all infrastructure, strategic intelligence, validated brands, and ready-to-sell products; you contribute daily execution and page management. **Work Model:** 100% Home Office (Remote). Responsibilities and Duties: * Mining and selecting trending content within the established niche (Mystery, Entertainment, or Local News). * Editing videos in dynamic/short\-form format (rapid cuts, automatic caption insertion, and viral audio integration using tools such as CapCut). * Daily content posting aligned with target schedules and peak viewing hours. * Audience management and engagement in comments, guiding viewers toward sales funnels via Call-to-Action (CTA). Requirements and Qualifications: * A computer/laptop or smartphone with strong processing capability. * Stable internet access. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of social media video editing (TikTok/Reels). * **Self-taught, disciplined profile with a strong sense of consistency** (essential for working without direct supervision). * Growth- and business-oriented mindset. Compensation and Benefits: * **Earnings Model:** Direct 50% / 50% profit split on all net revenue generated by the channel under your management (affiliate sales, local advertising contracts, or monetization via views/AdSense). * **No earnings cap:** The better your execution and channel reach, the higher your monthly income. * Full schedule flexibility, provided daily posting targets are met. * Training and strategic guidance provided by company leadership.
