If you are a professional passionate about understanding customer needs, enjoy teamwork, constantly seek growth, and possess forward-thinking vision—thinking beyond conventional boundaries—this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead the development of backend applications; * Define and evolve system and API architecture; * Design, standardize, and govern REST APIs using API Platform; * Plan and execute multi-environment migration strategies; * Ensure application scalability, security, and performance; * Conduct technical code reviews and approve critical PRs; * Define and maintain CI/CD and versioning standards; * Supervise deployments and containerized environments; * Address complex problems and critical incidents; * Mentor mid-level and junior developers; * Support technical decision-making alongside Product Owners, analysts, and stakeholders; * Serve as a technical reference and advocate for best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with PHP 8\.x, design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture; * Advanced expertise in the Symfony framework; * Advanced experience with Twig (custom macros and extensions); * Proficiency in Doctrine ORM with emphasis on performance and scalability; * Strong experience with Doctrine Migrations in complex environments; * Mastery of API Platform for API-First architecture, versioning, and documentation; * Experience with Composer, including package creation and maintenance; * Advanced knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Experience with MariaDB, including query tuning and optimization; * RESTful API architecture and governance; * Proficiency in GitFlow and advanced versioning strategies; * Solid experience with CI/CD (robust pipelines and automated deployment); * Advanced Docker usage (multi-container setups, networks, volumes); * Knowledge of application and API security (DevSecOps); * Experience working in Agile environments and medium-to-high complexity projects. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ Remote work We operate in the Information Technology (IT) field and cover all technological processes necessary to help our clients focus on what truly matters: their business.
