The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration to deliver results with worldwide reach — while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective toward a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you’ll have the opportunity to:** * Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages; * Optimize SQL queries and resolve performance issues (e.g., using Explain Plan); * Design and adjust data structures (tables, indexes, views, cursors) ensuring integrity and efficiency; * Develop data migration and maintenance scripts; * Collaborate with development, DBA, and architecture teams to implement corporate best practices and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with PL/SQL in Oracle environments (11g, 12c, 18c, or 19c); * Experience with performance optimization (e.g., indexing, partitioning, hints); * Familiarity with Oracle tools (SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, Oracle Enterprise Manager) and version control. **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices; * Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate); * Experience automating ETL processes and integrating with Big Data tools. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** **As a people-focused company, we consistently strive to value our team.
