In this role, you will be responsible for: * Conducting analyses, segmentation, behavioral studies, and predictive modeling. * Developing and maintaining pipelines, integrations, automations, and dashboards on GCP and Snowflake. * Ensuring data governance, quality, integrity, and security (including LGPD compliance). * Leading large-scale squads and projects, ensuring agile delivery and high impact. * Validating the 360-degree customer view, verifying data adherence, and supporting strategic decision-making. * Empowering business areas in data usage and supporting analyst development. **Qualifications** * Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI; Python is a plus. * Proficiency in GCP and Snowflake for data manipulation and integration. * Experience creating dashboards, automations, and BI solutions. * Practical experience with predictive modeling, applied statistics, and behavioral analytics. * Strong experience in data governance, quality, documentation, and security (including compliance). * Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads. * Use of Jira for project management and tracking. * Analytical mindset, organized, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and technical leadership. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Work model: Hybrid – Morumbi \- São Paulo/SP; **What We Offer** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions.
