




Job Summary: Professional responsible for infrastructure, network, and service administration, implementing and managing assets in a Data Center environment, including server and network equipment support and maintenance. Incident and request resolution, with focus on virtualization and cloud. Performs infrastructure, network, and service administration activities. Implements and administers assets within the Data Center environment. Provides server support and maintenance. Installs, configures, and monitors all active network equipment to ensure proper network operation. Supports development of technical documentation and instructions for the environment. Interacts with internal and external support teams. **This position is for assignment at one of our clients in Vitória/ES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze, resolve, and escalate incident and request tickets, problems, and change requests, as required; * Provide comprehensive support, configure, and maintain the client's network infrastructure; * Support installation and integration of new server hardware and applications; * Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, performance), identify and resolve failure points; * Knowledge of Active Directory (Account Management); * Perform group maintenance for privilege assignment and access permissions; * Identify and resolve issues using virtualization technologies, operating systems, cloud, storage, and SAN networks; * Manage disks, update operating system and application versions, apply fixes and patches; * Support implementation and administration of virtualization and redundancy services; * Manage network components, including network protocols, LAN/WAN, routers, and L2/L3 switches\. * Promote secure connections among users within your domain; * Develop technical instructions and operational procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education * Preferred: ITIL knowledge/CCNA certification and ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** represents continuous evolution in the IT sector.
