You can learn more about us at this link: https://www.kumon.com.br/sobre\-nos/aspiracoes/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties of a Data and Performance Analyst.** * Serve as the primary owner of analysis and optimization of national and local paid media campaign performance, translating data into strategic insights to ensure accurate tracking of results and achievement of business and franchise network objectives. * Campaign Planning and Execution: Create, configure, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Continuous Campaign Optimization: Monitor daily performance and implement strategic adjustments to budgets (BID), audience segmentation, keywords, creatives, and other elements to improve efficiency and scale results. * Analysis of Kumon’s website performance, identifying campaign improvement opportunities based on site metrics. * Analysis of Metrics and KPIs: Track and deeply analyze key performance indicators, including Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and Return on Investment (ROI). * Analysis of regional campaigns and unit-specific campaigns to evaluate each region/city and develop action plans to achieve targets. * Tagging and Monitoring: Implement and ensure correct configuration of tracking codes (pixels, tags, UTMs, goals) via Google Tag Manager or other tools to monitor traffic and conversions with maximum accuracy. * Report and Dashboard Generation: Develop detailed reports and visual dashboards to present results, insights, and action plans to internal teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the value generated by campaigns. * Based on internal research, identify new audiences, interests, behaviors, and search terms with high conversion potential for each campaign’s objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree: Statistics / Data Science / Information Systems / Engineering (Computer Science, Data Engineering) / Marketing * Postgraduate degree: MBA / Digital Marketing / Growth / Business Analytics / Data Analytics * Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads (Preferred) * Languages: Spanish and English (Preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI skills. * Preferred experience: Media Platform Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); Data and Metrics Analysis (KPIs, ROI, CPL); Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics); Tag Management (Google Tag Manager); Report and Dashboard Creation (Looker Studio, Power BI); Excel / Power BI for Data Analysis **Additional Information** At Kumon, we value every effort made toward building an environment and culture where all employees can live with peace of mind; therefore, we offer benefits aimed at employee well-being and professional and familial development.
