We offer services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Prepare detailed cost estimates (preliminary and execution-level), including quantification of materials and labor as well as unit cost composition. Manage the sourcing process for subcontractors and suppliers, covering scope analysis through technical and financial proposal evaluation. Develop comprehensive comparative analysis reports, ensuring proposals comply with descriptive specifications and design documents. Conduct direct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding schedule, price, and quality, while maintaining adherence to budget targets. Collaborate with Construction and Projects teams to identify value engineering opportunities (cost reduction without performance loss). Assist in developing the physical-financial schedule to ensure procurement occurs at the appropriate stage of construction.
