The Success Consultant acts as a direct partner to franchisees, monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and guiding sustainable growth plans. Your work directly impacts revenue, profitability, and network expansion. What you will do daily: * Monitor unit performance (revenue, profit, conversion rate, average transaction value, and turnover) * Identify bottlenecks and develop customized action plans * Train and develop franchisees and sales teams * Build and monitor JBPs (joint business growth plans) * Analyze income statements (DRE) and operational KPIs for decision-making * Serve as the franchisee’s strategic reference in business development * Support store openings and network expansion What we expect from you: * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields * Experience in business management, franchising, or commercial performance * Proficiency in financial and operational KPIs * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical actions * Strong communication skills and ability to influence others * Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or ERP experience is a plus) Fitland Profile: We seek someone who: * Thinks like an owner * Possesses strategic vision * Enjoys working with people as much as with numbers * Can hold others accountable for results without compromising partnership * Is proactive and growth-oriented Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance Work Location: On-site
