This professional will be responsible for handling complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions that directly impact operations and customer satisfaction. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement definitive solutions. Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on legacy and modern systems, investigating failures in integrations and backend services. Validate and test solutions before production deployment, clearly documenting incidents and applied solutions. Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting less experienced members’ development and collaborating with functional areas to clarify requirements. Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** Solid experience with C\#, .NET Full Framework and/or .NET Core. Strong expertise in maintaining APIs, backend services, and critical routines. Practical experience with PL/SQL for Oracle database investigation and correction. Good familiarity with log structures, debugging, call and application flow analysis. Ability to adjust CI/CD pipelines. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. Ability to adjust or fix frontend components (Angular/TS) when necessary. Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Desirable: unit and integration testing, Scrum, UML, advanced English.
