We are seeking a **Communication Analyst** to strategically manage parliamentary digital presence, with emphasis on accountability, advocacy of legislative agendas, and strengthening relationships with the electoral base. Autonomy for remote work and agility in responding to political developments are essential. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and Execution: Full management of editorial calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). * On-Site Coverage: Conduct in-person coverage of parliamentary schedules, transforming live events into dynamic content (Stories/Reels/short videos) using CapCut/Canva. * Political Narrative: Writing captions and scripts with a political-strategic focus, adapting technical topics into popular, accessible language. * Crisis Monitoring: Monitor audience sentiment and act swiftly in comment moderation and mitigation of negative narratives. * Performance Analysis: Prepare monthly reports on growth, reach, and impact of digital initiatives. **Requirements and Skills:** * Degree in Journalism, Communication, or Advertising. * Prior experience in political communication or parliamentary offices. * Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize complex topics. * Availability for occasional travel for on-site coverage. * Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., MLabs, Etus, Buzzmonitor). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of paid traffic targeting politics (in compliance with electoral legislation). * Skill in rapid video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere) and basic design (Canva/Adobe Express). * Familiarity with the legislative process and committee/plenary routines. **What We Offer:** Monthly remuneration of R$ 5.000,00 (five thousand Brazilian reais).
