Job Summary: The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for converting leads and expanding the company's real estate portfolio, focusing on acquiring investors and property owners through consultative negotiations. Collaborating with marketing and operational teams Job Description: Responsible for lead conversion and expansion of the company's real estate portfolio, the Commercial Analyst will acquire new investors and property owners, conduct consultative negotiations, and ensure an agile, professional, and personalized experience for potential partners. Key Responsibilities: * Initiate first contact with qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns, clearly and attractively presenting 1/4 UmQuarto’s value proposition; * Manage both proactive and reactive client interactions until partnership closure; * Understand each investor’s profile and objectives, offering appropriate property management solutions aligned with property type and expected return on investment; * Maintain and update the CRM with negotiation information and status; * Collaborate with the marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and opportunities for improvement; * Monitor the transition from acquisition to property activation alongside commercial and operational teams; * Prepare and send proposals, tracking the process until contract signing; * Contribute to developing processes and strategies aimed at portfolio expansion. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in consultative sales (B2C or B2B); * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Real Estate Management, or related fields. Desirable Requirements: * Experience in real estate, hospitality, real estate development, or property management; * Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, or similar); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation.
