The professional will be responsible for resolving technical requests with agility and efficiency, directly contributing to the continuity of essential services. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Resolving tickets, ensuring requests are handled within established deadlines and contributing to maintaining performance indicators within target goals. * Customer support delivered in-person, remotely, or via telephone. * Performing help desk tasks, such as: machine formatting and configuration. * Installing, configuring, and providing support for software. * Configuring and maintaining printers (including Zebra models). * Configuring password display panels and kiosks. * Supporting the network team with basic tasks, such as cable crimping and configuring network points. * Maintaining and configuring the company’s primary systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Proven experience in N2 technical support. **Knowledge required in:** * Basic Information Security concepts. * Experience with ITSM tools. * Solid knowledge of Active Directory. * Machine formatting and configuration. * Software installation, troubleshooting, and configuration. * Zebra printer configuration. * Password display panel and kiosk configuration. * Basic networking: cable crimping and network point maintenance. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 * Work model: 100% on-site * Work location: Curitiba–PR. **NOTE:** Hey!
