Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proven experience managing infrastructure teams; * Hands-on experience in Datacenter operations (mission-critical environments) and public/private cloud environments; * Experience troubleshooting computer network issues; * Knowledge of physical and virtual server and service management (Linux and Windows), as well as automation tools (Ansible); * Experience with Web Services (IIS, Apache, NGINX), WAF (Web Application Firewall), Routing, Switching, Load Balancer, and CDN; * Advanced technical English; Hybrid work availability in São José do Rio Preto/SP. * Desirable Qualifications: * Familiarity with Shift solutions; * Experience with Caché database. * Serve as the focal point for ShiftCloud deliveries at Shift, ensuring alignment and delivery quality; * Manage Datacenter operational availability, service levels (SLA), capacity, and continuity; * Lead Cloud operations incident management, including War Room coordination and cross-departmental collaboration; * Perform troubleshooting, implement action plans, and report results to Infrastructure Management; * Manage the technical team, ensuring appropriate resources for task execution, identifying competency gaps, developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and providing continuous feedback; * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Datacenter availability, performance, and security; * Lead ShiftCloud transformation projects aligned with the SaaS model, focusing on reducing operational risks; * Support the upgrade, deployment, and development of new products and solutions; * Participate in periodic meetings with strategic partners to ensure cadence, tracking, and results; * Support Information Security department initiatives and requests; * Develop and maintain technical documentation for services and operational procedures; * Support implementation of controls defined by ISO 27001 and NIST; * Apply ITIL v4 best practices in operations; * Comply with Shift’s privacy, data protection, and information security policies.
