Together, we always deliver our best. ***Important: we do not charge any fees during our selection processes.*** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties** **** * Perform critical analysis of medical, technical, and administrative claims received from health insurers; * Prepare administrative appeals based on clinical and contractual documentation; * Interact with internal departments (billing, auditing, care team) to validate information and support appeals; * Monitor submission deadlines and response times for appeals, ensuring SLA compliance and defined targets; * Track claim indicators and revenue recovery metrics; * Support identifying improvement opportunities in processes impacting recurring claims; * Stay updated on ANS regulations and agreement guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Nursing, Hospital Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in hospital claim appeals; * Knowledge of contracts with insurers and procedure codes (TUSS, CBHPM, AMB, among others); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting medical records; * Advanced skills in Office suite (especially Excel); * Experience with hospital systems (e.g., Tasy, MV, Smart). **Additional information** Location: **Campinas \- SP** Work model: On-site By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs.
