Focus on franchisee training and performance management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity **VAMOS – Career and People Management**, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection, career development, and strategic people management, is supporting a **Specialized Franchise Network** in searching for a **Business Executive** based in **Santa Maria – RS.** **Register at:** https://vamoscomvoce.empregare.com/pt\-br/vagas **Responsibilities:** * Develop, review, and monitor the Business Plans of franchised units (expansion, implementation, and operational units). * Develop training manuals and materials, and deliver training sessions for franchisees and managers. * Monitor unit-level investments and marketing metrics, proposing improvements and optimizations. * Plan, define, and track goals jointly with franchisees (monthly and semiannual). * Conduct field visits to franchised units and lead periodic online meetings. * Evaluate unit performance indicators across three pillars (Commercial | Services & Network | Administrative & Financial). * Update databases, dashboards, and BI tools with relevant performance data, providing feedback on results execution and forecasting goal achievement. **Requirements:** **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel). * Experience in training, commercial development, or performance management is preferred. * Field consulting, operational management, or franchising experience is a plus. * Driver’s License: Category B * Willingness to travel to units located in Rio Grande do Sul **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday **Employment Type:** * PJ – Independent Contractor **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary + performance-based commissions * Corporate mobile phone and laptop **Location:** * Santa Maria/RS **Industry Segment:** * Specialized Franchise Network **Benefits:** Performance bonus, corporate mobile phone, commissions
