PG Mak is a company specialized in digital marketing solutions. We offer services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Prepare detailed budgets (estimative and execution-level), including quantity takeoffs and unit cost compositions. Conduct the subcontractor and supplier sourcing process—from scope analysis through technical and financial proposal evaluation. Develop detailed comparative charts to ensure proposals comply with descriptive specifications and project documents. Lead direct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding schedule, price, and quality, while maintaining focus on budget targets. Collaborate with Construction and Projects teams to identify Value Engineering opportunities (cost reduction without performance loss). Assist in developing the physical\-financial schedule to ensure timely procurement aligned with construction milestones.
