Job Summary: Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities related to the energy loan product with bill discount, ensuring payment integration and compliance. Support to various departments and audits of the Investment Fund **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Responsible for performing administrative and operational activities related to the energy loan product with bill discount, ensuring accurate payment integration, system updates, and compliance with internal policies. Conducts process analysis, prevents improper charges, reinstates debts, and supports Customer Service (SAC), Support, Legal, and Collections departments. Also performs audits requested by the Investment Fund, ensuring document integrity and operational workflow efficiency. **Requirements:** * Process customer refunds in accordance with company guidelines; * Request and validate payment receipts (Luz em Dia program) via network folder; * Update BI databases regarding agreements, settlements, and re-billing, focusing on CPFL and Neoenergia companies; * Execute integration of ad-hoc and general payments into Datacob and RBM systems across all products (Energy, CP Boleto, CP Auto, CDC, Refin); * Correct reversal, inhibition, and parameter adjustment procedures in the Datacob system; * Perform analyses to support the Legal department in litigation cases; * Handle utility company alert spreadsheets, prioritizing settled customers; * Analyze and cancel charges in cases of fraud, preventing improper credit reporting; * Map processes and develop flowcharts to optimize operations; * Extract SPC reports and process manual and automatic credit reporting entries; * Perform exclusions and reinstatements in SPC via the Datacob system; * Handle reinstatements and UC replacements to prevent improper charges; * Participate in audits requested by the Investment Fund, submitting digital or voice-recorded contracts. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
