




Description: Main responsibilities * Open and advertise job vacancies across different channels (websites, social media, internal bulletin boards, etc.); * Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and managers; * Conduct individual and/or group interviews for operational, administrative, and technical positions; * Administer tests and assessment activities according to the job profile; * Register and update candidate information in internal systems; * Support new employee onboarding and the hiring process; * Maintain regular contact with leadership to ensure alignment on job profiles and deliver a positive candidate experience; * Support employer branding initiatives (employer brand promotion, events, job fairs, etc.). Work schedule \- 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break Work location: Mirassol City, SP, Human Resources Department General requirements * Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience: High-volume Recruitment and Selection; * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Online recruitment tools; * Interview techniques and behavioral profile assessment.
