**Must reside in Indaiatuba/SP** We are looking for a dynamic and communicative **Commercial Assistant**, skilled in dealing with customers and interested in working in an industrial yet family-oriented environment focused on results and good interpersonal relationships. **Responsibilities** Customer service (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media);Issuance of contracts and request for documents;Internal and online sales (WhatsApp, social media, etc.);Preparation of commercial proposals and order follow-up from start to delivery;Support in order management and after-sales service; **Requirements** Experience in **customer service and sales**;Good **diction**, **persuasion skills**, and ease in communicating with customers;Organizational ability and proactivity;Knowledge of **Office Suite** and **social media**;Ability to learn and adapt to new routines and systems;Previous experience in **technical products or services sales** is desirable.
