Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of information technology resources by providing technical support, access control, and system improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to users, systems, and IT equipment 2. Management and updating of hardware inventory and access matrix 3. Engagement of suppliers and analysis of IT performance indicators Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of information technology resources by providing technical support, access control, and improvements to the systems in use. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users of the computer network, systems, and equipment; * Conduct hardware inventory assessment and updates; * Train users on available applications and equipment; * Engage IT suppliers to resolve issues related to contracted products or services; * Update and ensure compliance of the access matrix according to internal policies; * Monitor indicators and alerts generated, and handle associated problems; * Analyze and manage indicators; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience in hardware maintenance and support, TCP/IP networks, printers, and peripherals; * Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and corporate antivirus solutions; * Ability to use remote access tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP); * Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., GLPI, OTRS, Freshdesk or similar). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with IT access management and performance indicator tools; * Familiarity with information security and IT governance.
