We are looking for a Senior DevOps Analyst (with focus on reliability, observability, and automation) to strengthen our platforms. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and ensure service availability, performance, and resilience * Configure and evolve actionable metrics, logs, and alerts * Investigate incidents and propose permanent solutions (post-mortem and RCA) * Create routines and automations to prevent failures * Support backend and frontend teams in application instrumentation * Identify bottlenecks related to resource consumption, scalability, and response time * Continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and internal reliability agreements * Document monitoring, response, and contingency standards * Participate in technical discussions to anticipate production risks * Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and in a 100% remote environment **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience with observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK, Sentry, Datadog, or similar tools) * Hands-on experience handling production incidents and troubleshooting * Knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider (CloudWatch, RDS, ECS/EKS, Load Balancer) * Familiarity with structured logging, distributed tracing, and application metrics * Experience with containers (Docker) and deployment pipelines * Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaboration with developers * Basic understanding of automation and infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD, or scripting) * Fundamental knowledge of networking, security, and scalability * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable
