Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to users of IT systems and infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving issues. Key Highlights: 1. Installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and software **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first line of technical support, providing assistance to users of IT systems and infrastructure: Responsibilities: \- Provide first-level technical support to users remotely and/or on-site. \- Register, classify, and track incidents using a Service Desk tool. \- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and corporate systems. \- Perform installation, configuration, and updating of equipment and software. \- Provide basic network support (connectivity, access, and configurations). \- Guide users on the use of systems, tools, and IT resources. \- Escalate incidents and requests to higher support levels when necessary. \- Document procedures and solutions in the knowledge base. \- Ensure timely service delivery in accordance with defined SLAs. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields. \- Prior experience in technical support or Service Desk roles. \- Knowledge of Windows operating systems. \- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). \- Experience with incident management tools. \- Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 is considered a plus.
