




Job Summary: Senior Middleware Analyst to provide support and maintenance for hybrid Microsoft and Linux environments, focusing on stability, security, and vulnerability management. We are seeking a Senior Middleware Analyst to support and maintain hybrid environments, with emphasis on Microsoft and Linux platforms, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. This professional will play a key role in vulnerability management, adopting both preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks and strengthen infrastructure security. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and support Windows and Linux servers (on\-premises and/or cloud); * Perform continuous monitoring of environments, identifying and resolving incidents; * Manage vulnerabilities, including identification, risk analysis, patch application, and validation of fixes; * Perform server and service hardening; * Manage and maintain security and compliance tools; * Automate operational routines (scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or similar); * Support audit processes and ensure compliance with security policies; * Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and information security teams; * Document technical procedures and environment changes. **Requirements:** * Experience administering Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory) and Linux systems (distributions such as Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.); * Knowledge of vulnerability management (tools such as Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS, or similar); * Experience with patch management and system hardening; * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools; * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall); * Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash); * Experience in virtualized and/or cloud environments is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft, Linux, or security certifications (e.g., Security\+, CEH, etc.); * Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
