Opportunity for PL/SR Procurement Analyst Work location: Downtown Curitiba/PR Sector: Financial institution (banking industry) Work model: Hybrid — 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote Senior professional with experience in designing procurement processes within low- or medium-maturity environments, providing strong consultative support to business areas. Proactive profile with ownership mindset, capable of organizing and optimizing workflows, managing multiple contracts, and leading end\-to\-end negotiations. Strong influencing ability, communication skills, and analytical vision, along with knowledge of taxation related to procurement and experience working with national-level suppliers. Requirements \- Solid experience as a Mid- or Senior-level Procurement Analyst, handling end\-to\-end procurement processes (from demand identification to contracting); \- Experience in designing and improving procurement processes, preferably in less-structured environments; \- Proactive profile with ownership mindset and autonomy, capable of organizing workflows and proposing continuous improvements; \- Strong communication and influencing skills, with consultative engagement across business areas; \- Experience managing multiple contracts and conducting strategic negotiations; \- Strong analytical capability and business acumen; \- Basic knowledge of taxation applicable to procurement; \- Experience working with national-level suppliers; Benefits What we offer you: Food Allowance R$ 924.00 and Meal Allowance R$ 1\.173.00 (no deductions!)
