Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks****** Design and maintain on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, ensuring governance, security, and scalability. Develop and operate infrastructure automation for physical and cloud environments. Administer security, backup, and disaster recovery, ensuring service continuity and integrity. Implement and maintain hybrid connectivity between datacenter and cloud. Operate and evolve datacenter and cloud environments (virtualization, networking, storage, hardware, and patching). Configure and maintain monitoring and observability, with proactive engagement. Lead advanced troubleshooting, GMUD, and RCA in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Perform cost optimization (FinOps) and support technical and innovation decisions. Maintain standards, technical documentation, and support team upskilling. Ensure compliance with ISMS, security, and regulatory requirements. **Mandatory Requirements****** Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Intermediate English (conversation, writing, and reading) Knowledge: Experience in on-premises environments (VMware) and multicloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), including operations and hybrid integration. Experience in monitoring, observability, performance analysis, and advanced troubleshooting. Knowledge of cloud and datacenter security, governance, risk, and compliance. Experience in infrastructure automation (IaC, scripting, orchestration) across cloud and on-premises environments. Ability to design and standardize hybrid and multicloud architectures. Experience in technical vendor management and SLAs. Analytical profile with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. **Preferred Qualifications****** Familiarity with Dell APEX environment (highly desirable). Experience with FinOps in multicloud environments. Experience in negotiation and management of cloud and datacenter contracts. Involvement in technological innovation and architecture evolution.
