Job Summary: The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for the architecture, installation, and configuration of Linux environments, as well as platform maintenance, support, and security. Application of DevOps best practices In this role, the professional will serve as an Implementation Analyst, responsible for preparing, architecting, installing, and configuring Linux environments (development, testing, and production) on both physical and virtual infrastructures. They will also maintain these environments by providing user support, applying DevOps best practices, and ensuring platform security. Additionally, they will support procurement processes for tools and licenses, contributing to the continuous efficiency and evolution of the technology infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Prepare, specify, architect, install, and configure Linux system platforms (development, testing, and production) in physical and virtual environments. * Provide support and maintenance for those platforms and their users. * Provide technical support during procurement of required COTS applications’ hardware and licenses. * Manage environments using DevOps best practices. * Understand and apply security policies and tools to installed platforms (as needed). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** This position is within the IT (infrastructure) area, with the following requirements. Education: Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science or Engineering, or Cybersecurity. * Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance. * Experience in hardware and software installation and configuration. * Proficiency in networking concepts (TCP/IP) and information security in Linux environments. * Experience administering Linux environments, including services: IPtables, Web, E-mail, DNS, Logs, NTP, Shell Scripting, Authentication. * Experience with RedHat Satellite and Ansible. * Knowledge of Azure DevOps. * Experience with virtualization solutions, e.g., Citrix / VMware / KVM. * Experience with monitoring tools, e.g., Zabbix / Grafana.
