Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Room Analyst to monitor, analyze, and coordinate construction projects, supporting planning and legalization processes. Key Highlights: 1. Project monitoring and critical analysis. 2. Document management and project legalization. 3. Technical planning support and feasibility assessment of solutions. **Position: Technical Room Analyst – Projects (Alves Lima Construction Company)** **Location: Rua Nunes Valente, 1430** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **General Description** We seek a Technical Room Analyst to monitor, analyze, and coordinate construction projects, ensuring all stages align with deadlines, technical standards, and unit customization requirements. This professional will support technical planning, assess feasibility, oversee legalization processes, and maintain organized documentation for projects. **Responsibilities** * Monitor the development of legal and execution projects together with discipline-specific designers, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate, review, and perform critical analysis of received projects, completing checklists and requesting revisions or updates as needed. * Manage, organize, and control projects on the storage network/platform, maintaining updated master lists and revision histories. * Collect documents and track approval processes in competent authorities’ systems, keeping legalization records up to date (project approvals, environmental licenses, building permits, PGRCC, Cagece/Enel feasibility approvals, fire safety certificates, occupancy permits, etc.). * Analyze customization projects and prepare related budget estimates. * Support project planning and budgeting in collaboration with the Technical Room Supervisor and Technical Director. * Conduct feasibility studies for materials and technical solutions for new projects. * Conduct on-site visits to verify project compliance and inspect executed works. * Participate in unit and project handovers as required. * Organize, archive, and maintain an updated repository of projects and technical documents (ARTs, reports, certificates, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**. * Prior experience in construction projects or civil construction project development. * Proficiency in planning and control tools (MS Project and Excel). * Familiarity with BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks) is considered a plus. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals.
