Apply now and be part of this story. \#BeColliers **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support for project development and analysis in collaboration with designers and external consultants. * Ensure that adopted technical solutions align with cost, schedule, and execution feasibility. * Support budgeting, construction, and procurement teams in the technical analysis of proposals and scopes. * Reduce technical risks associated with engineering decisions. * Explore cost-reduction opportunities through re-engineering. * Establish processes for technical analysis and project validation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. * Experience in technical management of engineering/construction projects. * Ability to perform technical analysis of executive projects and interdisciplinary coordination. * Experience in technical planning, feasibility analysis, and technical support for projects. * Knowledge of construction budgeting, technical proposal analysis, and scope definition. * Experience interacting with designers, consultants, and construction teams. * Familiarity with technical project visualization tools (AutoCAD, BIM viewers, or similar). * Ability to communicate technical matters effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. **Additional Information** Colliers is a Canadian real estate services leader operating in over 60 countries; our more than 15\.000 entrepreneurial professionals collaborate to deliver specialized advisory services to corporations, tenants, owners, and investors.
