Conduct on-site architectural surveys (measurements and property conditions). Draft floor plans and technical records in AutoCAD. Quantify construction and renovation materials. Prepare material and labor quotations. Monitor and assist in construction supervision. Support final inspections and preparation of technical reports. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
