We are expanding and seeking the professional who will lead our commercial area in this next growth phase. **Job description:** The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for the company's entire commercial operation: from prospecting to closing, managing each project strategically, profitably, and with a high standard of service. The role is commercially oriented; technical knowledge of projects and proficiency in Promob are valuable assets, but what drives this position is the ability to deliver results and build high-value relationships. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Active prospecting and client portfolio management * Conducting the complete consultative sales process: client engagement, technical briefing, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing * Developing partnerships with architects, interior designers, construction companies, and investors * Participating in technical visits and alignment with design, assembly, and after-sales teams * Planning and monitoring goals: conversion rate, average deal size, and revenue * Structuring and improving processes: CRM, sales funnel, scripts, and KPIs * Leadership and development of the commercial area **Requirements:** * 8–15 years of sales experience, with emphasis on consultative sales * Proven track record in negotiating and closing high-value contracts * Refined communication skills and ability to build relationships * Strategic vision, leadership, results orientation, and emotional intelligence **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in the custom furniture, architecture, or interior design sectors * Ability to read architectural drawings * Proficiency in Promob software **Compensation and benefits:** * Fixed salary + commission based on closed deals (structure presented during interview) * CLT or PJ employment (to be determined according to candidate profile) * Friendly and collaborative environment, lean team, and direct access to executive leadership **Location:** On-site in Atibaia/SP.
