Job Summary: A professional to supervise project processes during Datacenter construction, ensuring technical quality, adherence to schedules, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis and management of strategic information for optimization The role entails supervising project processes under the contractor's responsibility during the construction phase of a Datacenter. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of the execution design, monitoring technical quality and schedule compliance, interfacing with the contractor, clients, suppliers, and consultants, and managing external designers. The candidate will lead meetings, prepare progress presentations, record meeting minutes, and propose value-adding technical solutions to ensure compatibility among architecture and complementary disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Additionally, the role involves critical analysis and management of strategic information to optimize processes. Work will be conducted both on-site at the construction site and in our office. Work model: On-site at our office (São Caetano do Sul / SP) and at the construction site located in Franco da Rocha. We seek a candidate with a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, proven experience in project coordination, and intermediate proficiency in BIM tools, Revit, and Navisworks. Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic Excel knowledge, and strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations are required. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
