Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented Construction Engineer to work across the full construction cycle, with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination and interaction with designers and clients Description: We seek a Construction Engineer with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and strong results orientation. This position targets professionals who have supervised the entire construction cycle—from foundations to finishes—as either a Resident Engineer or intern. Experience with companies in the following segments: Building: Mitre, Gafisa, Even, Rocontec, Sinco, among others. High-end residential: CPA, Fairbanks, LAER, MPH, MFC, Epson, LOCK, among others. Corporate: Athie Wohnrath, Saeng, Informov, Hauz Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and ensure quality, schedule, and cost control for projects under your responsibility. * Support physical\-financial planning and development of execution schedules. Coordinate field teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure productivity and technical compliance. * Control measurements, inputs, procurement, and supply flow. * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators. * Interact with designers, architects, and clients to align expectations and technical decisions. * Contribute engineering analyses and reengineering solutions aimed at efficiency and cost optimization. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Civil Engineering degree (1–5 years since graduation) * Experience: Full-cycle construction project experience, preferably in the building or high-end residential segment. * Ability to read and interpret execution drawings (mandatory) 2512300202491890319
