Job Summary: Development of air conditioning, ventilation, and electrical system projects focused on high-end buildings, using BIM and software. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in HVAC and/or electrical projects **Job Description:** Development of air\-conditioning, ventilation, and electrical system projects, focusing on high-end buildings (residential, hospitality, museums, galleries, and similar); Organization and control of technical files and updates according to delivery schedules; Use of BIM methodology and software such as Revit and AutoCAD; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Project Design, Engineering, or Architecture; Experience as a designer, with focus on HVAC and/or electrical projects; Proficiency in BIM methodology; Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; **Additional Information:** **Compensation:** R$ 6\.000 (PJ) \+ annual performance-based bonus; **Work Mode:** Hybrid or remote (to be agreed upon); **Location:** Barra Funda – São Paulo/SP;
