Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, coordinating, and detailing multidisciplinary technical projects using specialized software and supporting field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development and coordination of multidisciplinary technical projects 2. Use of technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D 3. Technical support to field teams and construction site supervision Develop technical projects (structural, architectural, hydraulic, electrical, etc.) based on floor plans, sketches, specifications, and technical standards; • Detail drawings and technical specifications for field execution; • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, identifying and resolving interferences among disciplines (gas, electrical, hydraulic, structural, etc.); • Provide technical support to field teams by clarifying and adjusting project documentation during construction execution; • Use technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) for project development and updates; • Maintain organization and up-to-date status of project technical documentation; • Assist in preparing as-built drawings (as-executed project), when required; • Conduct technical site visits and inspections for data collection or verification of actual construction conditions; • Comply with ABNT standards, municipal legislation, and other applicable project regulations; • Interact with suppliers and contractors for technical clarifications and adjustments to project solutions; • Participate in technical meetings and project coordination sessions with relevant departments; • Comply with and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health, and environmental protection. Prerequisites: • Completed high school education; • Technical or higher education degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD) and preferably BIM (Revit, Navisworks); • Knowledge of reading and interpreting multidisciplinary project documents; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
