Speng is a company specialized in technological solutions, offering products and services focused on innovation and efficiency in the sector. **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and update technical projects. Coordinate disciplines (Electrical, Hydraulic, HVAC, Structural, Steel, Concrete, Foundations, PCI, ISO Panel). Perform BIM modeling and documentation. Identify interferences and propose solutions. Organize BIM models and documents. Support proposals and budgeting. Previous experience as Product Designer, Information Architect, Project Engineer, or Technical Drafter may indicate affinity with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
