Job Summary: Coordinate technical drawing projects, ensuring planning, quality, and integration among client, engineering, and production. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate teams of drafters/designers on technical projects. 2. Ensure compliance and quality in technical documents and drawings. 3. Serve as the central point of communication among various departments and clients. **1\. Job Mission** Coordinate projects related to the technical drawing area, ensuring planning, quality, deadlines, and integration among involved teams. Act as the central interface between client, engineering, and production, ensuring all requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables. **2\. Duties and Responsibilities** * Coordinate the workflow of drawing projects, from requirement receipt through final delivery. * Assign tasks to the drafter/designer team and monitor execution. * Validate technical drawings, models, revisions, and other project documents. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal specifications, and client requirements. * Develop schedules, track deadlines, and report status to management/executive leadership. * Interface with clients, engineering, construction, production, and other involved departments. * Participate in alignment meetings and lead internal technical meetings. * Identify risks and deviations, and propose corrective solutions. * Conduct technical training and support team development. * Maintain controls, checklists, performance indicators, and project reports. * Support implementation of process improvements, drawing standards, and departmental organization. **3\. Required Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic understanding of project management (scheduling, scope, prioritization, and risk). * Techniques for reviewing, verifying, and standardizing technical documents. * Leadership ability, technical guidance skills, and team management capability. * Strong communication, organizational skills, systemic thinking, and problem-solving focus.
