Responsibilities and Duties The department is responsible for **managing all utility company-related processes** tied to Tenda projects, ensuring construction works are approved and released within scheduled deadlines. * Monitor and manage, together with utility companies and approving authorities, the review and approval of external projects; * Serve as the primary point of contact with utility companies, representing Tenda in meetings and alignment sessions; * Prepare and monitor technical requests, negotiating adjustments to requirements and parameters with utility companies; * Be accountable for approval performance indicators and action plans aimed at continuously improving the approval process; * Lead weekly meetings with designers involved in utility company processes; * Advise project and construction teams to prevent potential delays in utility company processes; * Monitor deadlines and status via utility company systems and Excel control spreadsheets. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience with legalization, licensing, or construction approval processes; * Ability to read and/or understand AutoCAD and/or Revit drawings; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Willingness to travel occasionally to other states.
